I'm looking for a role where I can use my healthcare claims, patient-service, bilingual communication, registration, scheduling, and administrative support experience.

I process healthcare claims at BCBS of SC, verifying procedure and diagnosis coding, routing claims for adjudication, and identifying potential fraud and abuse.

Previously, I supported patients at Prisma Health Family Medicine through bilingual registration, insurance verification, scheduling, payment posting, charge capture, and front-office coordination.

I also worked at AFC Urgent Care, where I translated for patients, managed appointments and insurance, handled HIPAA-regulated forms, and assisted with medical assistant duties during busy periods.
