What I'm looking for
I’m a Learning and Development leader with 6+ years of experience designing, directing, and scaling capability programmes across luxury retail in Southeast Asia and Oceania. I translate brand strategy into structured learning ecosystems—from onboarding architecture to leadership development—that drive measurable performance uplift across multi-market, multi-store environments.
As a sole practitioner regional Retail Training Manager (SEAO), I built and owned the entire L&D function across 23 boutiques and 5 SEAO markets, achieving a 4.5x training ROI. I engineered a +10pp uplift in the CEEACE Index (42% → 52%) in H1 2025, and independently exceeded H1 2025 training KPIs by delivering 76 sessions (109% of target) and 202.75 training hours (113% of target) with no additional headcount or external support. I also pioneered a global one-page enablement framework adopted across markets to reduce rollout complexity and accelerate readiness at scale.
Earlier, I built SEAtraining foundations at Celine, including onboarding, product knowledge, selling ceremony, clienteling, after-sales, and store learning support—owning a structured 3-month onboarding framework/checklist end to end. I facilitated store-first improvements that contributed to 100% Mystery Shopping scores in Singapore and helped support a Malaysia Pavilion #4 worldwide ranking on first visit, while coordinating a Management Leadership Programme for 20 managers with an external consultant.
