What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations, strategic execution, and complex program delivery where I can build scalable operating models, strengthen governance, align resources to priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

I've helped public-sector and enterprise organizations turn executive priorities into executable operating plans through ADKP Consulting, CoreFactor, MPAC, Metrolinx, and other complex environments.

At MPAC, I led the Commercial CAMA platform roadmap and implementation across jurisdictions, supporting 400,000+ properties and reducing nine months of manual effort to three weeks through automation. At Dye & Durham/Teranet, I delivered a $38.8M national web-modernization program on time and on budget, leading a 60+ person development team.

I'm equally focused on the operating discipline behind delivery: workforce and capacity planning, budgets, governance, vendors, and executive reporting. I managed a $108M labour budget at Metrolinx at 1% variance and have delivered more than $2.55M in cost savings across roles.
