I manage end-to-end mobilisation at Universal Energy in Perth, onboarding more than 40 international employees each month with zero missed start dates. I coordinate pre-employment checks, work authorisation, travel, accommodation, site induction, and compliance documentation.

I maintain and audit personnel records across 200+ employee files, identify data gaps early, and support employees, managers, and external providers as a first point of contact. My experience spans HR administration, employee lifecycle support, payroll support, and cross-functional operations.

Previously, I coordinated operations at Mountainside Lodge Wyndham in Whistler, maintaining employee and guest records for 200+ guests per night. I bring international experience from Germany, Australia, and Canada, alongside native German and fluent English communication.
