What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote role with a globally distributed team where I can run recruiting processes, communicate with candidates, coordinate interviews, and support HR operations across international, cross-company environments.

I'm currently recruiting for Talency GmbH’s fully remote client base, conducting first-round interviews, managing candidate communication, and coordinating interviews with hiring teams.

Across HR Operations roles at UmweltBank AG and BERG Personalmanagement, I’ve supported the employee lifecycle from entry to exit, coordinated onboarding, maintained personnel data in Helix, and documented HR processes in Confluence.

I’ve also managed applications, interviews, contracts, references, and onboarding as an HR Generalist at Klinikum Nürnberg, BSS Brandschutz Sichelstiel, and küchenquelle. At küchenquelle, I progressed from HR Assistant to HR Generalist in recognition of my performance.

I work confidently across remote and cross-company environments using Teams, Zoom, SAP HCM, Helix, Confluence, Jira, and other HR systems. As a native German speaker with strong English communication skills, I’m available full-time for globally distributed remote teams.
