What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote or international-hours opportunities where I can lead marketing and operations teams, own KPIs and sales performance, develop team leaders, and improve day-to-day execution.

I'm leading a 38-person marketing and operations organization for a confidential China-based company, managing seven Team Leaders and overseeing US$150K–300K in monthly sales performance. I set KPIs, monitor results, and keep daily operations accountable across marketing and operations.

I've progressed from Team Leader to Supervisor through hands-on coaching, performance management, recruitment, hiring decisions, and workforce actions. Since January 2026, I've led the organization fully remotely while maintaining responsibility for team performance and operations.
