What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or project-focused role where I can improve workflows, coordinate cross-functional delivery, use performance data to solve problems, and contribute to AI-enabled automation.

I've coordinated high-volume Trust & Safety operations at TDCX, leading 15 specialists across a 24/7 environment while balancing SLAs, quality targets, escalations, and changing client priorities.

At DPO International, I managed international brand onboarding and launches across 50+ sales channels, connecting regulatory, logistics, marketing, analytics, and commercial teams. I also acquired and managed 15 FMCG and wellness accounts generating more than USD 1.5M in annual GMV.

My experience spans e-commerce growth, customer operations, localization, finance, and project delivery across Southeast Asia. I've built Power BI reporting, improved GTM workflows, localized technical documentation from English to Indonesian, and used operational data to resolve recurring issues.

I'm interested in AI-enabled workflow automation and bring hands-on experience in stakeholder alignment, quality control, reporting, escalation management, and process improvement.
