I'm a learning and instructional design professional with over 3 years of experience developing, managing, and improving eLearning programmes for global B2B audiences.

In my most recent role as a Training Specialist at WithSecure, I owned the end-to-end development and continuous improvement of sales and technical training programmes for a flagship cybersecurity product. I worked closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to turn complex technical information into clear, structured, and engaging learning experiences that support product knowledge and partner success.

I'm particularly interested in creating learning experiences that are not only informative but also intuitive, engaging, and effective. I enjoy combining instructional design principles, creative content development, and technology to make complex topics easier to understand.

Some of my key achievements include:

• Increasing partner training NPS from 43 to 53 through continuous programme improvement.

• Reducing content development time by more than 30% by introducing AI-assisted workflows.

• Establishing design standards, templates, branding, and best practices to improve consistency across eLearning projects.

• Managing multiple training projects and maintaining a growing library of learning materials.

• Improving technical documentation by identifying inconsistencies, outdated information, and opportunities for greater clarity.

My experience spans instructional design, eLearning development, technical training, content development, stakeholder collaboration, and learning technologies. I'm comfortable working with tools such as Easygenerator, Camtasia, Cornerstone LMS, Jira, Confluence, and AI-powered content development tools.

Beyond my learning and development career, I've also gained entrepreneurial experience running my own business, which strengthened my skills in project management, communication, organisation, and customer relationships.
