What I'm looking for

I seek a stable L&D role where I design evidence-based digital learning, manage LMS platforms, and contribute to long-term growth in a collaborative environment.

I am a Learning & Development specialist with hands-on experience designing and delivering engaging learning experiences across digital and in-person settings.

Originally from Spain and based in the UK for five years, I combine a master's in Adult Education (distinction) and a certified Digital Learning course with practical instructional design and curriculum planning experience.

I have worked as an L&D intern, LMS administrator, teacher, and customer-facing advisor, creating courses with Articulate Rise and Storyline, Camtasia, and managing learning platforms and CRM/GDS systems.

I am motivated by evidence-based coaching, science-led methodologies, and long-term career growth in the L&D sector, bringing creativity, multilingual communication, and a collaborative mindset.
