What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create learner-centered digital training, collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams, and improve learning outcomes through thoughtful instructional design and AI-enabled content workflows.

At American Language Academy, I design and maintain e-learning and onboarding materials, delivering 30+ interactive modules with subject matter experts from planning through final delivery. I also facilitate Business and General English training for adult professionals and have achieved an 85% learner certification success rate through targeted TOEFL and LanguageCert preparation.

I've managed end-to-end instructional design projects, introduced AI-enabled content workflows, and coordinated delivery across teachers, administrators, and SMEs. My background also includes educational proofreading, research, fact-checking, digital content adaptation, and classroom support across diverse learning environments.
