What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale creative businesses through strong operational systems, end-to-end project delivery, team leadership, and customer-focused brand experiences.

I've led operations, retail, production, and studio delivery for Trobat, Sealand Gear, Worm the Brand, Studio H, and The Guild Group across fashion, food, collectable, and experiential design.

At Sealand Gear, I launched five stores, introduced Standard Operating Procedures across retail, led a fourty-person production team, and built systems spanning production, product development, visual merchandising, and corporate projects.

I'm now running day-to-day operations at Trobat while helping scale its creative services, and leading Worm the Brand's new business and product-line launch through logistics, warehousing, VAT registration, budgeting, and financial projections.
