What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead creative operations, post-production systems and automation for high-volume, data-driven video production, combining team leadership, workflow design, client delivery and custom internal tooling.

I lead post-production operations at Iconic Agency, delivering 200+ projects annually for brands including Netflix, Red Bull, NBA Africa, ASICS and New Balance.

I manage a 10-person post-production team and coordinate scheduling, capacity, creative traffic, freelancers, client delivery and quality control across productions ranging from approximately $1K to $1M. I also helped retain NBA Africa through renewed RFP and transition planning during a client-side leadership change.

I build practical systems when standard tools fall short, including a custom web-based traffic-management application, a Discord bot and workflow integrations across project, file, communication and reporting systems.

Alongside my agency role, I consult with WealthCX on automated financial-video products for LSEG, Standard Chartered Bank, SBI Japan and HSBC, creating template systems, After Effects expressions, scripting logic, data mapping and QA workflows for scalable data-driven video production.
