What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations leadership role where I can develop high-performing teams, improve processes through data, and deliver sustainable commercial and customer experience results.

I've led five luxury watch boutiques at Watches of Switzerland Group, managing approximately £20M in annual turnover, P&L, budgets, inventory and operational strategy. Through data-driven decisions and process optimisation, I delivered a profit increase of over £1.5M while maintaining 0% stock loss across inventory valued at over £5M.

Previously, I directed warehouse operations at Gorillas and built my luxury retail foundation with Sandro, The Kooples, Mulberry, and Saint Laurent. I enjoy developing high-performing teams, improving processes, and delivering consistent operational and customer experience standards.
