I’m an Apple & Jamf specialist with 8+ years’ experience managing large-scale macOS environments, delivering enterprise automation, and modernising Jamf configurations across global organisations. I combine expert scripting with compliance frameworks, operational optimisation, and end-to-end deployment workflows.

In my recent work, I modernised and optimised 50 unique Jamf Pro site environments, standardising workflows and improving global macOS version compliance from 70% to 95% on a rolling 30-day basis. I also reduced macOS onboarding times from 2+ hours to 30 minutes by building fully hands-off automated build workflows that removed multiple manual steps.

As a technical lead and Apple & Jamf Pro SME, I’ve delivered enterprise tooling and stakeholder-facing delivery—covering configuration, SSO, and user onboarding/offboarding workflows. I’ve also designed, developed, and deployed global software tracking automation using SharePoint and Power Automate, now used across 20 studios and managing over 2,000+ licenses.

Professionally, I build, test, and deploy automation scripts for onboarding, remediation, and complex problem-solving, integrating systems with the Jamf Pro API for accurate real-time inventory. I enjoy using a wider range of tools to solve problems, and I continuously learn new tools and technologies to enhance both my professional and personal projects.
