I am a results-driven IT Infrastructure and Endpoint Support Engineer with experience across education, healthcare, and enterprise sectors. I have deployed and managed Windows 10/11 environments using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM/MECM, and Autopilot, improving endpoint security and user adoption of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
As an Enterprise Network Administrator I led multi-site networking projects, designed network architecture, and implemented VoIP, video conferencing, VDI and backup solutions using VMware, Hyper-V and Veeam. I follow ITIL principles and use stakeholder management and PRINCE2-informed planning to deliver projects on time and within scope.
