I've supported endpoint management and IT operations at The London Clinic, CSE Education, XMA Ltd, and Joskos Solution. I package, test, and deploy applications through SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf Pro while maintaining Windows and Apple device estates.

At CSE Education, I managed Office 365, Azure licensing, Google Workspace and 2,000 Chromebooks, Veeam backup services, VMware vSphere, print services, Aruba Wi-Fi, and Smoothwall filtering. I've also supported server operations, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, network monitoring, and firewall administration.

I've helped deliver Windows 10 migration work, developed base and gold images, patched vulnerabilities across 250+ devices, and built PowerShell automation to reduce repetitive work. I enjoy documenting solutions, mentoring support teams, and keeping devices compliant, secure, and reliable.
