I’m a Learning Operations & Development Operations Analyst with 6+ years of experience supporting global teams across North America, APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and the UK. I drive end-to-end learning administration—learner enrollment, onboarding, training coordination, and live operational support for ILT and VILT.

In my current role, I manage training operations for global programs, serving as the primary POC for learners, trainers, and stakeholders. I coordinate weekly enrollments for multiple cohorts, handle Salesforce cases related to enrollments and access requests, and ensure SLA compliance through monitoring dashboards and operational reporting. I also lead process optimization by standardizing documentation, improving workflows, and maintaining SOPs and training guides.

Previously, I delivered end-to-end HR Operations across multiple regions, supporting the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle with HR service delivery, payroll support, benefits administration, and case management using systems like Workday and ServiceNow. I also managed recruitment operations—sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications—to ensure a positive experience and strong operational outcomes.
