I build the people, sales, and education infrastructure that allows consumer brands to scale. My work connects strategy, human performance, and brand growth—creating the systems that help teams sell, train, and represent products confidently.
Through The Luxe Influence Collective, I’ve rebuilt education infrastructure, sales teams, and training programs for consumer and beauty brands. I created an online learning module that supported a top-three SKU in 2024, raised site retention from 34% to 97.5% in eight months, and increased employee retention and productivity by 64% through sales, onboarding, and leadership development.
At JLo Beauty / Guthy-Renker, I built and led a nationwide retail sales and education field team of 15 for the Sephora launch, while leading education initiatives across Sephora Europe, Asia, and Mexico. At YSL Beauty / L’Oréal, I developed 123 Beauty Advisors and coached eight Regional Account Executives, helping improve eLearning retention from 23% to 92%.
