What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a technical support role where I can troubleshoot user access, printers, and Linux services, handle support calls within SLA, and keep daily IT operations dependable through clear communication and fast fixes.

I’ve worked in technical support since 2013, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and system issues for both onsite and remote users. At Advancenet, I handled backups and reloads, prepared laptops and desktops for users, and supported cabling and basic network infrastructure.

Since 2017, I’ve been an ACT Intern supporting pharmacy clients at BCX / Centurion / Timmerman Industries using the Unisolv system. I troubleshoot printing, claiming, stock, and access problems, and I keep support calls logged, updated, escalated, and closed within SLA requirements.

On the Linux side, I restart and manage services like CUPS, Samba, and NFS, clear print spoolers, check and rebuild corrupt files, monitor disk space and server health, and support backup processes. I also configure network settings and printer configuration files, and escalate hardware faults to onsite technicians when needed.
