What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, systems administration, or networking role where I can maintain infrastructure, solve end-user issues, support technology projects, and keep building my networking expertise.

I've supported IT operations at Newlands Clinic and Belina Time Systems, resolving hardware, software, network, and end-user issues across multiple locations.

At Newlands Clinic, I manage Microsoft 365 setup, Sophos and ESET maintenance, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Dahua CCTV and access-control systems, server backups, asset inventory, and hardware repairs. I also provide remote and on-site support while coordinating with internet service providers to maintain network reliability.

At Belina Time Systems, I supported Belina Payroll and other Belina modules for clients in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Malawi. I've delivered end-user training, performed SQL database backups and image restorations, created Help and Manual documentation, and edited video tutorials.

I'm motivated by helping people through technology and continue building my networking knowledge through CompTIA Network+ studies.
