I am a solution-driven ICT professional with over 10 years' experience implementing and managing computer-based technologies to ensure high availability and performance. I excel at diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring network infrastructure, and supporting hardware and software across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.

I have a strong background in training and mentoring users—teaching computer skills, SAP basics, and presentation tools—while improving operations through troubleshooting, antivirus management, and infrastructure optimisation.
