As a journalism student, I am deeply passionate about communication and the pursuit of truth. My experience at Intelsat and Startek has equipped me with a solid set of skills that enable me to investigate, analyze, and communicate effectively. I have honed my abilities in report writing, where I meticulously document service alarms and technical issues, ensuring clarity and precision in my communications.

In my role, I have also excelled in customer service, engaging directly with clients in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I pride myself on my ability to understand customer needs and provide accurate information, ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, I have acted as a technical support liaison, guiding clients through connectivity issues and device configurations, which has further strengthened my problem-solving skills.

My educational background at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, where I am currently pursuing a degree in journalism, complements my practical experiences.
