What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in a fast-paced SOC or NOC environment where I can apply troubleshooting, systems support, network monitoring, and problem-solving skills.

I've supported customers and users with internet connectivity, hardware, software, and technical troubleshooting at Simplex Technologies.

I installed and configured networking devices and internet equipment while helping maintain smooth IT systems and services.

I'm currently supporting client communication, documentation, records management, and recruitment coordination at Prime Personnel Services Limited.

I also built ArtTech Horizon, a PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS platform for sharing and selling art and photography, with account management, uploads, chat, galleries, and downloads.
