Designed the Government Securities flow and Partner Visits staff tool, achieving a 12% usability improvement and reducing component inconsistencies by 35%.

Run an independent design studio serving small businesses and organisations, delivering 10+ projects across SaaS, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and NGOs. Led the brand identity redesign for Deliverance Church International.

Conducted and supported user research to design digital health services for community health workers in rural areas. Translated business requirements into prototypes and technical specifications, producing wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams and XLSForms.

Owned delivery and UX for an eight-month programme equipping Community Health Workers with telemedicine tools across SMS, USSD and IVR, designed for rural low-connectivity use on basic handsets. Designed information architecture and interaction flows for all three channels, onboarded 20+ CHWs, and wrote a three-day training curriculum.

Defined UX measurement criteria with QA teams and instrumented task success, error rate and satisfaction tracking for enterprise releases. Conducted user research and designed prototypes and wireframes for enterprise applications, training cross-functional teams on UX best practices.

Designed UI/UX for banking applications used by 10+ financial institutions. Gathered and evaluated user requirements with product managers and engineers, creating storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, UI mockups, and prototypes.

Led UI/UX and visual design across products, developing interactive features and translating complex information into digestible graphics, animations, and presentation design.

Performed web development, ICT support and server maintenance. Concurrent freelance work launched 20+ responsive websites for SMEs.
