Headed UX Projects, collaborating cross-functionality with the team to identify pain points and improve user experience through design solutions. Created and executed web projects, working directly with Creative Directors and Copywriters to develop websites for these organic produce for export organizations.

Designed and delivered fully-interactive prototype for a liquor delivery app facing +10K users releasing in 2022 by working closely with PMs, iOS engineers, marketing, human factor team, program managers and branding team. Facilitated and synthesised 10+ user testings and iterated 15+ UI flows with the stakeholder feedbacks.

Reorganized the sitemap based on the discussion with stakeholders to trim off unnecessary screens and optimize user flows. Hosted user flow workshops to align engineering, design, and product teams for roadmap planning.

Designed solutions for the user experience and extended the design system, using established techniques, patterns and frameworks to maintain product consistency to develop websites for the institute and foundation. Worked on a wide range of organizations worldwide, including designing and developing websites and mobile apps for new projects for DigiStars, AcceleratED, Vytal Studios, Africa Leaders

Collaborated closely with team members to conceptualize the design and prototype ideas for implementation on web-based pages. Created UX and UI deliverables to ensure that business expectations are successfully met.

Redesigned Food and Beverage E-Commerce Store with 100K users as the #1 Tea Online shop in Kenya with a worldwide audience reaction and engagement. Conducted field study / interviews, affinity diagrams, user journey map, storyboarding, low-fi sketches to final visual mockups by working with project managers, directors, visual designers, and creative technologists.

Studied graphic communication and advertising principles, focusing on visual design and marketing strategies. Gained expertise in creating compelling visual content for various media.
