I’m a Senior Product Designer with 4+ years owning the end-to-end design lifecycle across fintech / RegTech, enterprise SaaS, SME marketplaces, and CRM/ERP-embedded products. I run discovery through research and journey mapping, then deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma—staying fully accountable from idea to implementation. I’m remote-native and thrive on async delivery, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders through Agile.

In my DFSA EBPP Platform work, I designed a unified electronic billing experience across a customer web portal, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Dynamics ERP to cut payment reconciliation from ~2 months to ≤5 days (93% reduction). By mapping the order-to-cash flow as a swimlane diagram, I created a shared source of truth across finance, business, and product teams and eliminated cross-team spec rework. I also embedded the EBPP experience natively inside existing platforms to reduce training overhead and structured handoffs around parallel low-level architecture design tracks so engineering could deliver without blocking.

I built and maintained the DQ Design System, a component library adopted across five products, and focused on the maintenance rituals—rubric-based reviews, versioned iteration, and an engineering feedback loop through Figma Dev Mode—to keep it credible in daily use. Across Khalifa Fund’s multi-stakeholder marketplace and the DTMA learning platform, I bring outcome-oriented decision-making grounded in research-to-decision practice, accessibility (WCAG), and conversion-focused UX trade-offs.
