I specialize in turning complex international datasets into seamless user experiences. With 15+ years of experience, I’ve led large-scale data curation and localization projects for a global tech SaaS leader.
I lead with a “high-trust, zero-friction” philosophy—removing blockers so my team can focus on world-class execution. As a Contributor Lead, I started as a Localization Lead for a team of 10 and now lead for 290 specialists.
I take ownership of end-to-end projects, providing strategic leadership from planning to delivery. I lead and supervise multi-domain efforts (including GenAI projects), coordinate with customers to align with business objectives, monitor progress and milestones, and analyze key metrics to assess team performance and outcomes.
Outside delivery, I invest in consistency and quality through comprehensive documentation, onboarding, training, and mentoring new contributors. I’m also actively building my AI capability through my Artificial Intelligence micro-certification.
