At Wheelhouse Consulting, I lead operations innovation for nonprofit and for-profit businesses, including streamlining recruitment and onboarding. I also write and refine Standard Operating Procedures and Employee Handbooks, and solicit grant funding for nonprofit organizations.
As Director of Operations at Fearless Futures, I directed internal and external operations, including human resources for a global workforce. I managed a two-million-dollar annual budget and led the launch and integration of bespoke software that increased scheduling efficiency.
At NASPA, I supported higher education coalitions focused on collegiate alcohol and other drug prevention, and coordinated training and technical assistance for institutions. I also managed events, departmental budgets, and staff and intern supervision.
