I’m looking to partner with leaders to improve organizational health and employee experience through HR strategy, engagement analytics, and compliance. I thrive building people programs, enabling managers with coaching, and supporting remote or hybrid workforces.

I’m an experienced human resources professional and trusted advisor, focused on aligning talent strategies to business outcomes. I build durable people programs by combining culture building, engagement analytics, compliance, and leadership enablement.

Most recently, I’ve worked as an Independent HR Consultant (remote), diagnosing organizational needs and implementing HR best practices and technologies to improve productivity and engagement. I advise management on HR policies and labor-law compliance, manage virtual recruitment and onboarding, and optimize HRIS systems to streamline payroll and benefits processes.

Earlier, I served as an HR Business Partner at Tyler Technologies, partnering with executive leadership on high-impact HR issues across multiple divisions. I provided workforce analytics for decision-making, supported full employee lifecycle improvements, and helped shape enterprise-wide engagement strategies and culture through policy influence and continuous improvement.

Across prior leadership roles—including Director, Human Resources, and Senior HR Consultant/Client Services leadership—I built HR capabilities from the ground up, launched engagement measurement programs, modernized core HR systems (handbook, performance management, benefits review, and FLSA audit), and led change management including remote workforce strategy and compliance.
