At Trimble, I manage SaaS implementation projects across North America, using Kantata, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Excel to keep delivery, customer communication, and resource allocation on track.

I've managed 60 implementation projects since January 2025 and design Kantata workflows that streamline project delivery, resource planning, and execution. I also build dashboards and reports for cost variance, forecasts, utilization, and other performance metrics.

Earlier at Trimble, I coordinated active customer support cases, analyzed case-performance variances, and identified risks to improve response times and client satisfaction. I enjoy translating complex system requirements into practical, scalable solutions that teams can adopt consistently.

My background also includes office coordination, leadership scheduling, travel arrangements, and records management at Reinisch Wilson Weier. I bring a detail-oriented approach to process improvement, change management, and cross-functional operations.
