Previously, I led operations at Allergy and ENT Associates, where I strengthened customer satisfaction, streamlined workflows, managed budgets and inventory, and recruited and developed employees. Over eight years as Director of Operations at North Atlanta Primary Care, I led multi-site growth, opened new locations, standardized procedures, and managed workforce planning, compliance, and financial performance. My work has increased business volume by approximately 20% and reduced operational errors by approximately 15%.
