During my internship at Tech Depot I.T Work Solution Inc., I provided first-level support by assembling and configuring desktop computers, ensuring all hardware components were properly installed and tested. I successfully installed and activated Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office on over 60 units for client deployment, while also diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues.

My skills in teamwork, adaptability, and time management have been essential in assisting with Wi-Fi setup and network configuration for newly installed systems. I am eager to continue developing my skills and contribute to a dynamic team.
