Michael Feltimos

I’m a detail-oriented BS Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, networking, and web development. I focus on resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly while keeping users productive and confident.

As an IT Intern at the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), I provided technical support to 50+ users by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. I also assisted in network setup, LAN configuration, and router troubleshooting, and maintained IT systems while supporting digital literacy activities.

In my capstone work, I developed the DICT Inventory System for asset tracking using PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. The project improved asset tracking and reduced manual errors, reflecting my preference for practical tools that solve real workflow problems.

I also built Eventory, a vendor management web app for booking and scheduling that improved vendor coordination and organization efficiency. I bring a structured, user-centered mindset—diagnose issues methodically, document what matters, and ensure the end result is dependable and easy to use.
