I’m seeking a remote role leveraging experience in sales, cold calling, customer support, data, research, and ops, focused on AI data evaluation, market research, CRM/data management, lead gen, customer success, and sales development. I value supportive teams, clear goals, growth, and flexible environments.

I’m a result driven remote professional with 3+ years of experience in sales, cold calling, customer support, data collection, research, and business operations for US-based companies.

I’ve handled 350+ outbound calls per day, developed strong prospect communication and customer service skills, and worked extensively with data while maintaining accuracy and consistency. My previous experience includes working as a Point Caller & Data Collection Specialist, Customer Care & Data Analysis Specialist, and Virtual Assistant.

I’m particularly interested in cold calling, sales development, lead generation, CRM and data management, market research, AI data annotation and evaluation, and customer support.

I’m a native English speaker and bilingual in English and Kiswahili, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. I’m comfortable working with international teams and across any time zone, as demonstrated by my previous experience working remotely with US-based companies and adapting my schedule to different time zones.
