What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my HR experience to People Management, with a focus on client advocacy, ethics-based decisions, and finding creative solutions to organizational needs.

At Google, I managed the implementation of the company’s first established European Works Council, coordinating customized election processes across 24 countries. The work streams were completed on or before set dates and without business disruption.

I also designed and facilitated training for Labor Relations teams and People Managers, and created monthly newsletters on Labor Relations trends for executive HR leaders and global partners. On a temporary assignment, I supported development of a Labor Relations dashboard with user guides for adoption.

As a People Consultant, I developed cross-functional roadmaps to support employees affected by reorganizations, and the resulting approach was adopted as an org-wide best practice. At Echo Global Logistics, I created the company’s first Employee Relations data review and annual summary, and introduced a case process map to clarify priorities and escalation.

At The Warranty Group, I redesigned the US Employee Handbook and helped move time reporting from manual time cards to a digital process using an existing Workday function. I also supported a new organization design and compensation process for the US Operations team. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and a Professional, Human Resources certification.
