What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an organization where I can lead global People Operations, build scalable HR infrastructure, and drive organizational design, performance, and DEI outcomes aligned to business strategy—partnering closely with executives through change and growth.

I’m a Strategic and trusted People Leader with deep experience transforming People functions across global, high-growth, and post-acquisition environments. I build scalable HR infrastructure, align people strategy to business outcomes, and partner directly with executive teams through restructuring, M&A integration, and international expansion.

In my recent roles, I’ve scaled organizations by integrating people systems, processes, and culture across multiple regions. I’ve also led HRIS implementations that streamlined onboarding, performance tracking, workflows, and data integrity, while launching performance management and compensation frameworks “from the ground up.”

I strengthen engagement and retention by modernizing onboarding and orientation, designing job leveling and career frameworks, and building talent development and career pathing strategies that improve internal mobility. I coach managers and leaders on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and organizational capability—ensuring programs translate into everyday leadership behavior.

I also drive inclusion through DEI and belonging initiatives, including launching first Women’s ERGs that increase representation and engagement. With hands-on experience in global onboarding, executive partnership, and full-cycle recruiting and employer branding, I bring a change-driven approach to organizational design and performance outcomes.
