At Piedmont Communities Spay Neuter & Wellness Clinic, I oversee daily operations for a high-volume spay/neuter and wellness clinic, coordinating staffing, scheduling, workflow, and client service.
I recruit, onboard, schedule, and coordinate veterinarians and support staff. I also supervise team members and coordinate surgical and wellness workflows to support efficient patient flow.
I manage purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives. I handle complex client concerns and support clinic policies, documentation, marketing, and community outreach.
I partner with ownership on business strategy, staffing decisions, operational improvements, and long-term planning. In community leadership, Iām revitalizing Ragsdale High School PTSA by rebuilding its structure, membership outreach, and programs.
