At IoT.nxt, I designed and built more than 50 interactive eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline 360, achieving a 96% average learner completion rate. I also helped shift training from instructor-led delivery to scalable digital learning, cutting an average of three weeks from project turnaround time.
I partner with product SMEs at IoT.nxt to shape certification pathways and learning journeys aligned with product roadmaps. I also administer learning systems and use training performance data to recommend improvements.
At Bidvest Group, I led a national team of 18 trainers across five group companies and managed learnerships supporting more than 100 learners per year. I maintained a record of zero major findings across internal and external training audits.
Earlier, as a Senior Trainer and Trainer, I delivered aviation operational and compliance training, developed accredited programs and learning materials, and supported SETA reporting and audit preparation. Iām a certified Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator, and hold an Instructional Design Certification from Wits University.
