What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learning strategy and teams while shaping data-informed, accessible digital learning experiences. I value stakeholder partnership, meaningful learner outcomes, and opportunities to improve learning ecosystems through content, UX, analytics, and technology.

At Standard Bank, I lead and develop a team of L&D specialists while owning budgets, resourcing, and learning delivery. I partner with leadership to align capability and content decisions with strategic priorities.

I design targeted learning solutions, measure uptake and satisfaction, and use feedback and performance data to improve programmes. My work spans content strategy, learning UX, LMS administration, reporting, and governance.

Previously at Absa and Sybrin Systems, I owned learning initiatives from design through delivery, created instructional materials and eLearning assets, and set standards for accessibility, quality, and structured learning frameworks.

My earlier UX development and conversion-rate analysis work gives me a practical systems, usability, and analytics lens. I bring web technologies, authoring tools, stakeholder consultancy, and vendor collaboration together to create effective learning experiences.
