Six years in learning and development and instructional design, twelve in education. Within eight months, teachers in their first year on my programme improved 57% on average against a normed classroom observation rubric, measured across three observation rounds rather than by course completions. I built the rubric, the scorecard, and the dashboard behind that number.

At Huddle Education I own the full training operation for a blended-learning education non-profit: programme design, content development, delivery, coaching, quality, systems, and strategy. I lead three direct reports and support 72 teachers across eight schools, expanding to 16 schools and more than 120 teachers in 2027. I also designed the onboarding system my new facilitators run on, built around defined competencies and evidence rather than shadowing.

Previously at Apex High School I led e-learning as an HOD, administered Moodle end to end, coached four to five colleagues, and built mathematics lessons, quizzes, and learner data tools.

I turn learning needs into curricula, job aids, dashboards, and onboarding systems, and I work AI-first in how I design, report, and automate. Based in South Africa.
