At Bolt, I own the global Ride-Hailing capability portfolio, comprising 20+ onboarding, upskilling, and product learning programmes across Bolt's internal and BPO partner workforce. I lead programme management from learning needs analysis through implementation, governance, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
I partner with Operations leaders across the Baltics and Nordics as a regional Learning & Capability Partner, connecting performance insights with capability gaps and targeted interventions. I also lead performance enablement for new BPO operations, including Train-the-Trainer programmes, trainer certification, and operational readiness planning.
Earlier at Bolt, I designed and launched the Africa Mentor Programme and developed a network of Local Trainers across six African markets. I also established structured learning journeys for Social Media and Bolt Business, and designed career development pathways including the Agent Leadership Programme and Bolt CS Bootcamp.
