I'm currently coordinating and facilitating end-to-end onboarding and learning for Connect BPS Group's USA debt collection campaigns, covering compliance, systems, products, negotiation, customer engagement, and FDCPA requirements. I create facilitator guides, learner workbooks, assessments, operational documentation, and reports while coaching employees through nesting and production support.
Previously, I delivered onboarding and operational learning across Nutun's USA and Australian customer service, financial services, healthcare, utilities, logistics, retail, and collections programmes. At Amazon, I supported UK and USA Retail & Logistics onboarding and product training, helping large volumes of new hires build readiness through structured coaching and practical learning activities.
Across more than 15 years in retail, BPO, financial services, logistics, healthcare, and customer experience, I've partnered with Operations, Quality, Compliance, HR, and client teams to identify capability gaps and improve performance. I'm a qualified Assessor, Moderator, and Train the Trainer, with hands-on LMS administration, learning analytics, classroom, virtual, and blended-learning delivery experience.
