What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own KPI-optimized media buying, improve landing pages and creatives, and support sales through consultative customer service—using data and AI tools to drive measurable ROI and continuous growth.

I’m an International Business professional with degree in progress, combining digital marketing (media buying, Meta and TikTok campaigns, KPI optimization) with customer service and sales. I’m results-oriented, strong in quantitative analysis, and I actively apply AI tools to improve marketing and customer interactions.

In media buying, I designed and built Shopify landing pages to convert visitors into leads and paying customers. I conceptualized, produced, and edited persuasive video ads for each campaign objective, analyzed and optimized ad KPIs on Facebook and TikTok, and prepared detailed marketing spend reports to support data-driven decisions.

I also bring commercial and operational leadership. As a Sales Advisor, I manage live chat support while converting service interactions into effective sales using consultative selling and objection handling. As Owner & General Manager (CEO), I managed customer service, supplier negotiation, and administrative and financial operations including budgeting, bookkeeping, invoicing, and inventory control.
