What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a strategic HR leadership role where I can partner with executives, improve employee relations and performance, and build scalable HR programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent—while driving continuous improvement.

I’m a strategic Human Resources professional with 20+ years of experience across demanding environments including media, education, and nonprofit organizations. I partner with leadership to align HR strategy to business goals, guiding organizations through transformation with clear, practical execution.

In my current role as a Human Resources Business Partner (North America), I advise leadership teams across North America while coordinating HR alignment with Corporate Headquarters in Germany. I lead change management initiatives, build scalable HR processes (onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance systems), and manage employee relations through investigations, policy development, and training that strengthens workplace culture.

I bring deep expertise in performance management, compliance, and talent development—covering U.S. labor law knowledge across multiple states and leave management programs such as FMLA and ADA. I also drive Total Rewards and compensation strategies using market benchmarking, implement benefits administration, and oversee payroll reconciliation and 5500 filings for accuracy and compliance.

Previously, as a Human Resource Director, I led all HR functions for 350+ employees, including HRIS implementations, redesigned onboarding/offboarding workflows, compensation banding, and compliance across ACA, ERISA, EEO, and OSHA. Earlier, as a Human Resource Benefits Administrator/Assistant to the Executive Director, I supported day-to-day HR and employee relations while managing benefits, open enrollment, compliance education, and full life cycle recruiting.
