What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own employee relations and compliance, strengthen recruiting and onboarding, and partner with leadership on workforce planning and retention—while continuing to streamline HR processes and build a positive culture.

I’m an HR professional with over 9 years of progressive leadership across healthcare, senior living, and workforce staffing environments. I bring strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, full-cycle recruitment, and onboarding, with a clear focus on compliance and operational excellence.

In my current role as a Human Resources Generalist, I lead day-to-day HR operations for a behavioral health facility. I manage employee relations and compliance matters, oversee onboarding and benefits administration, and strengthen HRIS processes while partnering with leadership on staffing and retention strategies.

Earlier, I served as an HR Coordinator supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance tracking. Before that, I expanded my operational and people-support skills as an Office Manager at SnapNurse, overseeing office operations, workforce scheduling, and HR functions including hiring and employee support, while improving internal workflows for efficiency.

I’ve also worked as a Scheduling Manager and as an HR Generalist for senior living communities, where I managed staffing coverage, ensured compliance with labor and staffing regulations, and supported leaders with workforce planning, performance management, and benefits. I’m at my best in fast-paced settings where I can improve HR processes, support teams, and foster positive workplace culture.
