I am seeking an entry-level medical role in a supportive team where I can apply billing/coding training, patient-care skills, and grow professionally.

I am a patient-focused medical professional with over a decade of direct care experience and recent training in medical billing and coding. I have worked in front-desk, home health, and behavioral-health settings, performing insurance verification, prior authorizations, medication administration, scheduling, and EMR documentation.

I was promoted from customer service representative to patient assistance worker and have trained all new customer service staff, demonstrating leadership and reliability. I am seeking an entry-level medical role where I can apply my billing and coding education, strong administrative skills, and hands-on patient care experience to improve patient service.
