I’m looking for an opportunity where I can apply my claims, compliance, and clinical operations experience to solve complex problems, deliver excellent customer support, and collaborate with teams to improve processes and outcomes.

I bring multiple years of versatile experience across claims management, clinical operations, program coordination, and leadership. I’m known as a strong problem solver who can clearly see the bigger picture and create practical action steps to reach an end goal.

In my most recent role as a Short-Term Disability Claims Manager, I determined disability eligibility for new claims by capturing and reviewing medical information, applying contractual provisions, and following legal guidelines. I also managed and extended ongoing claims for an assigned caseload while handling high call volumes and customer-facing communication with care and professionalism.

I consistently reinforced regulatory compliance by ensuring adherence to relevant laws, company policies, and shared accountability expectations. I use analytical facilitation to assess claims data, interpret medical terminology, and make informed decisions—while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and strong time management.

Earlier experience strengthened my operational and people leadership, including district management where I devised and implemented strategies for volunteer recruitment, trained teams, and oversaw office and record maintenance across hundreds of facilities. I’m flexible working independently and collaborating with teams, with a communication style that helps resolve issues through active listening, empathy, process, and escalation when needed.
