I am a senior sales and operations leader with deep experience in truck dealerships, remarketing and OEM relationships. I design data-driven sales programs and dealer playbooks that align with company metrics and emerging market trends.
I have led sales teams across local, regional, national and international territories, rebuilt OEM and dealer relationships, and launched finance, leasing and warranty programs that increased revenue and freed up capital.
At Caterpillar and Paccar-affiliated organizations I developed dealer playbooks, introduced dealer financing and leasing programs, and coordinated cross-functional teams to improve KPI tracking and inventory turns.
