I’m a versatile IT Business Analyst and Engineering Manager with over 5 years of success across engineering and manufacturing. I build momentum by translating stakeholder needs into actionable strategies, aligning teams, and refining operational processes for efficiency.

In my current role as an IT Business Analyst at Sterling Careers Limited, I proposed a viable mentoring platform model for interns, aligned to organizational objectives and stronger talent development.
