What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time distribution and channel leadership role in life sciences or medical devices, where I can lead partner networks, P&L performance, forecasting, pricing, compliance, and cross-functional commercial operations.

I built and led MedSupply Partners' national healthcare distribution and channel strategy for 19 years, growing the business 153% CAGR to $12M in peak annual revenue while maintaining 37% gross margins and 9.5x inventory turns.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Co-Founder, and Managing Partner, I owned national P&L performance and managed a 25–30 person organization across sales, procurement, operations, logistics, and finance. I directed relationships with more than 100 authorized suppliers and channel partners, leading pricing, rebates, compliance terms, joint business planning, forecasting, Salesforce dashboard governance, and government contracting.

Earlier, I managed multi-state distributor relationships for Tyco Healthcare and was named Channel Manager of the Year. I’m returning to full-time distribution and channel leadership in life sciences and medical device markets.
